Shipping & Returns
Commitment and Service
At Mini World Australia we take great care and effort to make sure that your buying experience exceeds your expectations. During your purchase it is our top priority to deliver the products you require in safe and fast possible way. Our goal is to make sure that your goods arrive on time just the way they have left our warehouse.

Mini World Australia is committed in providing to all of our Customers with the best products and service. Knowing that sometimes returns are essential, therefore we have provided detailed information about return policy of how to return a faulty or damaged product back to Mini World Australia.
Please note that all New products and New car parts are sold with a manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise noted.

IMPORTANT: please choose used car parts carefully as there is NO Exchange or Refund on any used car parts.

Contract Warehousing Distribution Facilities
​
When it comes to shipping new car parts to all of our valued customers, some of new car parts are usually shipped from Australia and some of new car parts are usually shipped directly from our contractual warehouse based in UK.
You may have placed an order and have purchase some parts, only to find out later that some of the car parts you have purchased have been sent to you from Australia, and some may still be in transit due to being sent from another warehouse. You will not be charged any extra amount, it's just means that you will receive some of the car parts you have purchased a little later since these parts are being sent to you from another warehouse. That means that you will receive more than one parcel of ordered car parts only at different times.

We have now established contractual warehousing and distribution facilities located directly in UK. As an arrangement, it means that once purchased online some of new car parts located in our UK warehouse, will take a little longer to be shipped back to Australia due to being shipped via DHL directly from our warehouse located in UK.
​
However, all new car parts already located and shipped out of Australia will take much less time in transit, whilst being delivered to all of our valued customers located in Australia.
​
Rates & Delivery Times
​
Our delivery fees may vary depending on size, weight, and dimensions of purchased items. It is always best to call us or send us an email and we will be happy to provide to you with more accurate cost of delivery to your location.
​
Your order will be delivered between 2-6 working days but at times can take even up to 2-3 weeks from dispatch time, depending on your location and excluding remote outpost areas.
​
Please note: Mini World Australia will only ship car parts orders to an Australian residential or business postal address.
​
As logistics and cost of transportation charges continue to rise, we reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees for all remote and outpost areas as well as for all large, bulky, or heavy orders.
​
These charges may apply to all orders exceeding over 22kg and all bulky orders that are subject to dimensions and cubing. You will be contacted for an extra postage of amended quote.
Australia Post
​
All deliveries by Australia Post are sent to any residential or business address located in Australia. All parcels sent via Australia Post have tracking numbers provided to keep track of your order, whilst being delivered to your nominated address. Delivery service offers "Authority to Leave" otherwise all courier deliveries will usually ask for a signature on delivery. If no one is present at nominated address when the courier attempts the delivery, the courier will either leave your consignment in a safe place, if not the courier will leave a calling/non delivery card so you can collect your parcel at your local Australia post office.
Shipping Time Frame (Warehouse 1 or Warehouse 2)

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of the order being placed. However, if your order has several car parts which may not be available in stock from our Australian warehouse, these parts will be shipped from our UK warehouse, meaning that your car parts order sometimes can take up to 2-3 weeks to be delivered to your nominated address instead of 2-6 working days.
We will endeavour to ensure that your order is delivered to your nominated address within the timeframes outlined as Standard delivery, however Mini World Australia we will not be liable for any late deliveries by Australia Post or DHL. Any late delivery does not entitle a customer to cancel their purchase. Mini World Australia obligations in relation to delivery end is when goods are collected by the courier company for delivery to your nominated delivery address.

Transit Insurance
​
Mini World Australia offers Transit Insurance for your product at time of purchase. Transit Insurance is limited to damage and or loss of a product in transit whilst being delivered to you.
​
Please Note: Mini World Australia does not take any responsibility for any product shipped without Transit Insurance. Mini World Australia’s responsibility ceases at time of despatch of the product from our warehouse.
​
Incorrectly Shipped Products
​
If your product has been shipped incorrectly, please contact us within 7 business days of receipt of sale so that we may arrange correct shipping of product back to you.
Any returned product will need to be packaged and forwarded back to us for a full refund, credit or an agreed exchange of required replacement car parts or similar products. You must make sure that the returned product is suitably well packaged in order to prevent damage during return shipping back to us whilst being delivered.
Mini World Australia will not accept any responsibility for goods, which are being returned and have been damaged whilst in transit returning back to us. All goods must be returned as New product in resellable New condition.

Damaged Products
​
We will only accept received damaged products if you have originally have purchased and paid for Transit Insurance.
​
If your product is damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
​
You will need to package and forward the product by sending it back to us.
You must also make sure that the returned product is suitably well packed in order to prevent any damage during return shipping whilst in transit.
We will not accept any responsibility for any goods, which may have been damaged whilst in transit returning back to us.
We will also check and test all products returned back to us within 7 working days of receipt. As per some manufacturer's requirements some of their products may need to be returned back to the manufacturer base for testing and this will usually take longer than 7 days.

If we, or the manufacturer will determine that the product is defective, we will replace the product or issue a credit for the original purchase price of the product and will reimburse all associated freight costs.
​
A copy of the original invoice must be included with the returned product. If proof of purchase is not provided, we may not be able to offer a replacement product, credit or any related refund.
​
The Customer is responsible for all costs associated with return of the product back to Mini World Australia and we will not pay or reimburse any associated delivery costs. We recommend that products returned by post to be sent by registered or certified mail. We accept no responsibility for loss or damage occurring whilst the products are in transit.
Unopened Products
​
We offer a 7 day return policy for product in original, unopened and undamaged condition. If a product is not returned within 7 days or we have not been contacted within 7 days, we may not accept the return of the product.
​
Faulty product
​
Upon receipt of a faulty product, we will either test the product ourselves or return the product back to the manufacturer or supplier for an assessment.
If the fault cannot be detected during purchase, and is not due to wear or misuse, we will offer you a replacement, credit or full refund.
Once the product is returned back to us, we will arrange return delivery of the product to be sent back to you.
If the fault does not fit the above criteria and is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, then a replacement, credit or refund may not be provided.

Processing Credits & Refunds
​
We will normally issue a credit note within 10 business working days of us receiving the goods returned in accordance with this policy.
Goods that require testing may take up to 30 business days.
The credit note which is issued can then be used as a payment against other future purchases or converted to a refund.
All refunds will be made either by cash or by applying a direct credit against the credit card/debit card used during the original purchase depending upon the payment method used for the original purchase.
Sending products to a PO Box across Australia
​
For any parcel, which is required to be sent to a PO BOX in Australia is subject to Extra freight charges due to the excessive cost applied by Australia Post services.
​
International Shipping
When we sell products internationally, we will contact the Customer located outside of Australia providing them with postage charges details before an international order has been processed or dispatched completely.
Once the order has been finalised all purchased products will be sent out of Australia via Australia Post/EMS or TNT Australia.
It is the Customer's responsibility to check about your local import tax, duty and any additional customs' fees which may be applicable as per your country.
Mini World Australia will not be liable for any additional extra local duty/import/other unforeseen charges that are currently applicable in your country. Also we are unable to quote what some of these charges may be if there are any applicable in your country.
