Gear set pre A plus rod change 4 synchro straight cut.
Made in UK this straight cut gear kit includes 1st, 2nd, 3rd gear, 1st motion shaft, reverse gear and laygear for Rod change gearboxes. These are the original ratio and tooth counts as used by ST Abingdon but from new tooling and teeth profiles which are shot peened for efficiency and durability with less noise, which also does not absorb so much power from the engine. These gears are banded with two rings for identification. Laygear still uses three bearings on layshaft.
Do not mix and match with other gears that have same teeth counts unless they have the same two identification bands.
